The Wehr 1H well sitting in Ellsworth Township is spotted with its horizontal lateral map expression extending to the southeast of surface location. The Wehr 1H lateral was relatively short at 6,758 ft, 1.3 miles, vs. laterals three miles or longer. The Wehr 1H lateral length gives you some perspective of map distances needed for new laterals which could come in singles, pairs or more from a single pad with four to six wells common in a manufacturing approach most common in proved and profitable areas.

Some of the parcels are darker in color due to multiple leases on one parcel for situations where there are joint owners with multiple leases issued. Dates are “Recorded” dates vs. lease signed dates.
